In that same kadhai add remaining oil of frying (1/4 cup)and butter(2 to 3 tbsp).then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste+1 tsp grinded green chilli and saute for few seconds then add red chilli powder+tandoori masala+cumin powder+salt+garam masala powder mix it and cook for few seconds only and then put tomato paste and mix.
5. Cool it for 5 mins add kaju powder+red food colour and mix it well.now add water and milk and let it cook for 8 to 10mins.afterthat add 1/3 cup of butter little water and shredded chicken and let it cook untill gravy thickens.
6. When gravy cook and get thickens add fresh cream+kasturi methi+chopped coriander leaves mix it well.
7. Garnish with some fresh cream and serve with paratha/roti/pav.
