2. Now cook package mashed potatoes as on box, but add more milk/ cream in place of some of the water. I would do 1/2 water and half dairy.
3. Now stir in all of the contents from the onions including the oil & serve!
4. Side note: I tried this with garlic in the mashed potatoes and it was even better! Yum
