Add ginger garlic paste.Add salt and sugar to taste and tomato puree.Toss all and transfer this in a pressure cooker.Add bay leaves.Pressure cook 2 whistles.Mix the boiled chicken and add green peas.
Boil for 5 minutes.Make a slurry with cornflour.Add it to the boiling red beet soup.Sprinkle black pepper powder and finely chopped spring onion.Garnish with chopped parsley.Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream and bread.
