2. Set the IP on saute mode and once the inner pot is hot, pour few tbsp of ghee followed by the whole spices and cumin seeds.
3. Once the cumin seeds start spluttering, add the green peas, potatoes,pepper and cumin powder.Saute them lightly for a minute.
4. Add the spinach puree and stir gently.
5. Now goes the washed and drained rice into the pot with half a lemon squeezed.
6. Pour in 2 3/4 cups of water along with salt as needed.
7. Close the IP lid making sure the steam handle is on sealing mode.
8. Pressure cook for 4 minutes and once done, open the lid using Quick Release and stir gently using a spoon.
