- First take a bowl & mixed wheat flour salt baking powder &water turned a soft dough and rest aside for 15 min
- Then take all dal and boiled this, take a pan heat oil then add bay leaf,chapped tomato turmeric powder ginger paste chaat masala salt and water are mixed very well 10 min cookd and now ready our dal
- Then divide the dough into small ball, now take a pan, brush with oil then take those balls and cover it for 10 min after 10 min cooked the other side more 10 min, now ready our baati
