Instructions to make Chicken Burritos:
For the chicken, place into a large bowl throw in all the spices and lime salt and pepper and mix well leave to rest !
Once rested in a large heavy bottomed frying pan throw in the chicken on a high heat ! You actually want it to catch slightly on each side turn down the heat! Slowly cook the chicken for 15 - 20 mins until cooked through! Set aside and rest and pull apart ready for serving !
