1. Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper,lime juice,red chili powder and put it into the fridge for 20 mins.
2. Take out the chicken,heat oil and saute the chicken for 5-7 mins
3. Heat white oil and add the chopped onions, while they turn light brown,add the ginger and garlic paste. Add red chili powder and cumin powder
4. Add salt and a bit of the coriander leaves. Let the masala form.
5. Now add the lightly fried chicken pieces. Mix for at least 8-10 mins. Now add two cups of hot water and let the chicken boil. Keep the flame low.
6. When the gravy is forming, add 2-3 green chillies and the coriander leaves. Keep the heat high. Let the juice dry out. Till then,stir and mix continually.
