Cut the apples into small slices and put them on the bottom of a baking pan, sprinkle with cinnamon and place the pork on top (i had it already cooked, as it takes many hours for pork to be soft enough) and also add the honey, salt&pepper, olive oil, dried fruits and close the pan with a baking sheet as all the heat to stay inside the pan and not to burn the top.
2. Cook the rice for 10mins, add 1 spoon of olive oil and the dried rosemary.
3. About 30-35 mins later, take out of the oven the pan with the pork, put it in a plate along with the rice.
