- Make ready hyrshes syrup
- Take Chocolate chip
- Prepare condensed milk

Beat the egg yolks in a medium bowl. In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, coffee and butter until blended. In a spice grinder, pulse the coffee beans until coarsely chopped. In a medium saucepan, combine the coffee with the cream, half-and-half, sugar and salt.
Steps to make Coffee Ice cream:
- Mix coffee, condensed milk and hyrshes syrup and refrigerate for 10 mins
- Beat whipp cream until soft peak and then add coffe mixture
- Pour the mixture itno a air conditioner box and keep in frezer for 10 hours
- Now scoop out your ice cream and enjoyy!!!!
